Our goal is to use the power of business to implement social change. Through NetImpact we will be able to promote the communication and connection between students and professionals with the same goals.

Our goal is to lead a business focused movement by developing initiatives aimed towards improving all sustainability facets (environmental, economic and social) on campus and in the Ithaca community. Ithaca College Project Generations

Project Generations aims to recognize older adults’ value as community members and combat issues such as depression, loneliness, neglect, and functional impairments for those who are in need of assistance. Students involved in the organization are paired with an older adult in the Ithaca community with whom they will visit for at least an hour each week. Volunteers help to fulfill seniors’ personal and functional needs through providing mental stimulation, companionship, and social support. The organization highly values and respects seniors’ desire to age in place and maintain independence, and its mission is to enrich older adults’ and volunteers’ lives through bridging the gap between generations.
